Founders

Two people who spent years on both sides of the same projects: he on infrastructure, security and automation, she on design, interfaces and operations. Kol•ski is that collaboration as a company.

The first conversation is free: 30 minutes online, no preparation and no commitment.

Agata Kołakowska

Co-founder. Projects, UX/UI and digital operations.

More than 10 years in digital projects, including many years with large portfolios of brand websites. She runs web projects from needs analysis to launch, designs interfaces in Figma and builds in WordPress herself, also with the help of AI. She handles the operations of website ecosystems: standards, access and compliance, which means licences, user consent and AI-generated content.

  • In projects: needs analysis and scope, wireframes and prototypes, interfaces, running the implementation, content and the editorial process after launch.
  • Leads digital products & platforms; responsible for UX/UI and digital compliance: licences, consent, GDPR, AI-generated content.
  • Tidies what usually has no owner in a portfolio of sites: standards, permissions, analytics and consent.

How we work

  • System first: technology and operations as a whole, not as a list of features.
  • Scalability, maintainability, resilience and security are part of the scope, not an add-on.
  • We combine engineering, UX, infrastructure, operations and business, because in practice they are one problem.
  • Strategic thinking paired with practical execution: we build what we design.
  • We quickly understand and stabilise complex systems before we start changing them.

What we have done

Experience from projects delivered before the company was set up, directly and in cooperation with agencies, for startups, agencies and large organisations in sectors including healthcare, FMCG, e-commerce, telecom, aviation, insurance and e-mobility. Figures and details under achievements on the home page.

  • Many brands on one platform, across several markets at once.
  • Infrastructure and operating costs down by 80% while the number of sites grew.
  • More than 6 years without a security incident on the sites we ran.
  • Permissions for the client, agencies and media houses in one model.
  • Around 250 events organised and more than 20 years in technology communities.

How to start

Free consultation

30 minutes online with one of us, depending on the topic. You tell us what you have and what hurts. We tell you whether and how we can help, and where we would start.

A first stage at a fixed price

A review, a pilot or a workshop, depending on the area. Fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before we start, the result reviewed with your team.

Implementation in stages

Acceptance criteria and a price agreed for each stage. After every stage you decide whether we continue or your team takes over.

Let’s talk

Tell us what you do and what you want to change. The person who will work with you replies, not a sales department.
