What we do

Main areas

Cloud & infrastructure

Architecture, migrations and operations: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Firebase, Linux, CI/CD. Cost optimization, scalability and operational resilience.

AI & automation

AI workflows, integrations and business process automation — including no-code tools — that simplify operations and take work off your team.

Digital products & platforms

Websites, applications, APIs and CMS platforms. We run the project from discovery, through design and implementation, to growth and maintenance.

Additional areas

  • UX/UI & design

Human-centered interfaces, wireframes and prototypes. We care about usability, accessibility and SEO, not just looks.

  • Security & privacy

Privacy by design, infrastructure modernization and hardening, analytics and access governance. Security as part of the system, not an add-on.

  • Edge, IoT & hardware

Prototyping devices and distributed systems: Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, embedded Linux, sensors and audio/video streaming.

  • Buildings & facilities

Video monitoring, access control, networks and sensors for housing communities, offices and companies. Modern systems instead of a random set of devices — compliant with regulations, including GDPR.

  • Custom R&D

We develop solutions for specific client needs: business IT systems, integrations and devices — from idea and prototype to deployment.

  • Digital compliance

Licenses, user consents, GDPR and AI-generated content. We keep a whole ecosystem of websites compliant with regulations and consistent with its standards.

We are not starting from scratch

Founders’ experience

Kol.ski is a new company, but its founders have worked in technology for years. Their experience covers projects delivered before it was set up — directly and in cooperation with agencies — for startups, agencies and large organizations, in sectors including healthcare, FMCG, e-commerce, telecom, aviation, insurance and e-mobility.

Many brands, one platform

We built and maintained the sites of many brands on shared infrastructure, across several markets at once.

Costs down, scale up

We cut cloud and operating costs while the number of sites, integrations and automations grew: static publishing and resources that run only when they are needed.

Security built into the architecture

We designed infrastructure where every site is isolated and the admin panel sits behind a private tunnel and a sign-in gate.

Small team, large scale

A technical team of a few people can run dozens of sites. Scale comes from architecture and optimization, not headcount.

Access under control

We organized permissions for many organizations at once — the client, agencies and media houses — in one system.

Analytics and consent

We set up analytics, tagging and consent management in one consistent layout for whole portfolios of sites.

Community & training

We teach what we practice

It started in the audience. In 2002 Jakub went to a Linux User Group meetup in Warsaw and walked out with his first Slackware live CD. He has been part of the technology community ever since. In 2011 he co-founded Google Technology User Group Warsaw — today Google Developer Group Warsaw, one of the most active developer communities in the world. We still help run it and back it with organization, funding and promotion.

The full sprint for startups and complex topics: from understanding the challenge to a prototype tested with real users.

2 hours

A condensed session for teams and company projects: a shared picture of the problem and a decision on what to do next.
